Ritual Cafe - Des Moines
To celebrate this amazing day Iowa Pride Network will be holding a GSA Day kick-off party on Tuesday, January 27, 2009 in honor of Iowa's Gay-Straight Alliances! The party will be held from 5-7pm at Ritual Cafe, located on 13th St. between Locust & Grand--Downtown Des Moines. Food and beverages will be provided. All students, parents, teachers, and faculty advisors are welcome to attend! Iowa's Lt. Governor, Patty Judge has been invited to this event, as well as the local Des Moines press to interview students about their plans for GSA day 2009!
